Now, we have a whole bunch of these developers creating their own tweet-powered apps for different platforms that deliver a wide range of services. These include news aggregators that deliver the Twitterverse in nifty user-customized packages. And one of the most innovative Twitter aggregators to come out this year is Paper.li.

QR codes are arguably one of the most used bits of low-level technology you’d see nowadays. For the uninformed, a QR (Quick Response) code is a two-dimensional enhanced bar code meant to be read and deciphered by smartphones. By scanning it using a QR scanner app via a smartphone’s cam, the app would be able to deliver text, images, videos, music and Web sites stashed under its seemingly random dots.
