Twitter to roll out interface redesign

Just this afternoon, Twitter announced a new interface redesign coming to Twitter.com that gives it a fresh slathering of AJAX goodness that aims to provide an “easier, faster, and richer experience” to its users. Announced during a press briefing held at the Twitter headquarters in San Francisco, the re-engineered interface ups usability on the site and largely builds on multimedia sharing, thanks to partnerships with multiple content-oriented Web services including video providers. These tweaks It will be rolled out within the following months, according to Twitter founder Biz Stone.
