The online interaction engine that is social media is continuously reshaping how people communicate with each other. As such, companies and individuals are taking advantage of its value by leveraging on these interactions to reach their targeted audience. And it’s become an open platform where people can develop deeper relationships with each other and the brands they patronize, share to the social Web what they believe in, and more importantly, use it for social good.
